Serving the Saratoga, Capital District and Adirondack areas, our design team works with individual owners, developers and contractors.  Significant projects of interest include the design of the Mill Condominiums, the Saratoga Elks Club, church worship center, many area restaurants, building and site plans for over 15 New York state Rite Aid Drug Stores, several Family Dollar stores, a True Value Hardware store, 2 firehouses and many 50+ unit residential subdivisions. In addition, our residential team designs 100+ homes and 35-40 septic systems per year. We also specialize in adaptive reuse projects.

At ENGINEERING AMERICA CO.  we have good working relationships with many local and state reviewing agencies as well as various Town and City Planning Boards and Building Departments. Our in house library includes building and site planning specification & standards for over 30 municipality and state agencies.
